If something is damaged in shipping, that is the responsibility of the transportation company, and a claim for damages needs to be filed by our warehouse. This must be done within 15 days of delivery. Therefore, please notify us at once if an article arrives damaged-for two reasons: so that we can file a claim with the shipper, and so that we can provide you with a replacement or reimburse you for the loss.
Most of the goods we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty against production defects. If you know or suspect that a product is defective, DO NOT RETURN IT TO US. Instead, please contact the maker directly or contact us by clicking here or calling us at 508-888-8305 (9-5, M-F, EST). If you contact us, we will connect you with the maker and help you to arrange for technical advice, replacement, or a full refund.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO OUR MASSACHUSETTS BUSINESS OFFICE. If you find a product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it in as new condition, suitable for sale to another customer, within 30 days of purchase. A $10 restocking fee and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from this refund. This will ensure that you receive proper credit when your product reaches our warehouse (in Michigan). Then circle the products being returned on a copy of your e-mailed order record or your original packing slip, place this in the package, wrap the package securely, and send it to the McGregor Fence Company, Return Authorization Number ****; c/o Ferber Warehousing, ATT: Nhia Lee; 6841 North Rochester Road; Rochester Hills, MI 48306. We will e-mail the refund to your credit card account as soon as the warehouse informs us that the returned product has been received in restockable condition.
